J A Kemp Becomes J A Kemp LLP

J A Kemp has converted to limited liability partnership (LLP) status under English law with effect from 1 October 2019.

The whole of the firm's business has been transferred to J A Kemp LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (registered number OC427581).

We will continue to provide the same range and level of service to all of our clients as a limited liability partnership.
