In his PhD, Edward worked to improve the efficiency of polymer based Organic Light Emitting Diodes. Prior to his PhD, Edward worked for a small research company developing European FP7 research projects. Edward's undergraduate Masters included a year-long industrial work placement at Sharp Laboratories of Europe.
Edward is part-qualified as a patent attorney. His work involves the filing and prosecution of patent applications in fields including engineering and IT.
Edward joined J A Kemp in 2015 after completing his PhD.
