As a part-qualified patent attorney, Clive handles the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in fields related to engineering and IT, particularly medical devices, mass spectrometry, communication, and mechanical engineering.
Clive gained his engineering Chartership from his former occupation in the nuclear power industry. Clive’s studies in engineering covered a wide range of disciplines, including thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
Clive joined J A Kemp in 2016 and is based in our London office. In addition to English, he is fluent in French (DALF C1) as well as written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
