J A Kemp client, Drayson Technologies, launches FREEVOLT

1 October 2015

Yesterday our trade mark client, Drayson Technologies Limited launched its new product, FREEVOLT in the Faraday Lecture Room at the Royal Institute.

Freevolt is a revolutionary energy harvesting technology that turns ambient radio frequency waves (RF) into usable electricity to charge low power electronic devices.

The technology was developed by an international team from Drayson Technologies and Imperial College London. Drayson Technologies is the first to market with this technology, which as of today, is commercially available for licence to the international developer and business communities.

Drayson’s CEO, Lord Paul Drayson spoke compellingly on the benefits of his pioneering energy harvesting technology which will be used initially to power the air quality sensor supporting Drayson’s CLEANSPACE movement but which will gradually be rolled out more widely.
